Is there a problem with My Kaspersky? I cannot log in. It just has the spinning icon forever.
I have just scrapped one of my devices and would like to remove it from My Kaspersky. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice but i’ve managed to log in now. I hadn’t logged in for a long time so maybe my details had been lost. I used the forgotten password link and reset the password. I had to set up the 2 factor verification with sms and Authy thingy and i logged in.
