Hi thank you very much for your reply. the mobile device (Android) was already removed from devices connected in My Kaspersky, I tried to uninstall Kaspersky but could not proceed because of PIN, and then rebooted. The mobile boots (sorry technically right) and asks immediately for PIN. I don’t remember the PIN. I cannot see it anymore in My Kaspersky, so I cannot see neither password nor lock&locate. there is no “old devices” section, as far as I can see. thank you very much

Dear all I accidentally locked the phone, it doesn’t boot and asks for a PIN. bad luck, before of this I disconnected/removed the device from MY Kaspersky. Is it possible to get the password? or see old devices in My Kaspersky. many thanks

Dear all is there a way to restore device in My Kaspersky? or get password? I deleted device from My Kaspersky without copying the password. I went to device to uninstall Kaspersky Internet and eventually got it blocked, doesn’t book without PIN. Any idea? (already wrote to support meantime) thank you very much
