Same issue. AI Suite 3 v 3.00.52 (W10 v21H2 Build 19044.1706) won't run, raises AIsuite3 and Dipawaymode errors, won't uninstall. Manually updated KTS 21.3.10.391(i) database on 23/06/2022 and again today 30/06/2022. We need an urgent resolution before abandoning K.
