These are located in Windows control Panel > Administration tools > Services. Double click the service and select Start and Automatic. . Any better after that?

  10. There are no user serviceable parts in the AVZ tool or its logs. I have reviewed thousands of AVZ logs in the old forum for more than ten years, when I was authorized to do disinfections there and then. Based on my extensive experience with AVZ disinfections, I can say that the Note that you see is Not an indication of suspicion of malware infection. The note is just noting that the port could maybe possibly be related to malware. Please contact Tech Support with any questions about non-Home User specialized utilities.

  20. Welcome. How many security applications are running? More than one is bad. One is good. Any better with AVG uninstalled and the native Windows security app disabled?
  21. Welcome. If you do not have the most current version of those applications, uninstall the applications > restart the computer, then download the installer for the applications from the official source and install the most current versions of the applications.

  23. Speed test results for Kaspersky are Not real, due to technical factors. This has been the case for many years. I will leave this topic open for additional technical posting that may possibly happen, pending future closing. :)
