  1. like the program UI (scan, your computer is protected, safe money, etc) it also doesn’t happen on my laptop, so is this intended? It has been this way forever. That is, when computer starts, the main program window is not supposed to appear on your desktop screen. Millions of computers, when turned on and started, do not have applications and programs that open up on the desktop screen. The program is running, but it does not take over your screen.

  16. Short answer: You can ignore those. Medium answer: Unsigned files are not necessarily indicative of any need for concern. Long answer: .bat files and .reg file do not need to be signed, last I heard, if I recall correctly.

  18. Also, in addition to what Berny indicates in the post above this post, You mentioned that the tower does not feel hot, but that is the main cause of scan shut down. Your screenshots are illegible, can you post screenshots with larger print, or post what the error messages say. Also, as Berny mentions, Tech Support is not indicated for free versions, but, occasionally, for major issues, Tech Support can jump in.   21. This question is a relic from a bygone era. Because of how Kaspersky operates, the GRC results are meaningless and useless. You can ignore GRC results.
  22. Also, in addition to what Berny indicates in the post located above, What is the nature of the disk that is in D drive? Is it an original factory disk from the authorized source, or what?
