If you are using Windows 10, make sure you have all latest updates installed. Go to the Microsoft website, click Update now and follow the instructions.

I have had great experience with Kaspersky since year 2005. I am very active online, and I have never been infected. Kaspersky has been very good to me.

Hello Flood and Arnabsaha,
Key file activation was discontinued a few years ago for Home User products. Internet connection is required for online activation of Home user products.
Kaspersky Business products can be activated offline with a Key file.

Did you look in hidden taskbar icons? Windows 10: Windows settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Select which icons appear on the taskbar.

This question is a perennial favorite. Last I heard, the protection drivers are 64 bit, and the GUI is 32 bit, or something like that.
Kaspersky works great on 64 bit architecture.
