Hi, since I upgraded to Kaspersky Security Cloud my internet has virtually stopped working. The only way I can achieve anything is to turn it off. Running BT Speedtest, with Kaspersky turned off I am getting a ping of 44ms, download speed of 16.5 to 18.5 Mbps and upload speed of 0.8 to 0.9Mbps. When I turn on KSC, speed test returns 0 for all of these. I have made all the recommended changes to the configuration, no difference. To access this site and post this message, I have had to turn it off. I have paid a two year subscription and I feel I have wasted my money.
