Yes, I can see the files and I tried doing some of the steps which I could but the virus is still there still happening. And, I got a reply from Kaspersky to get a Getsysteminfo 6 utility, should I reply to them with the zip folder? Please help me out with this and is this virus dangerous? am really worried about this. For 2 weeks, whenever I open any image or videos in a particular folder I get continuous Kaspersky notifications of a Trojon virus:"HEUR:Trojan.Multi.GenBadur.genw" I have scanned the whole PC multiple times and it deletes the object, but it appears again every time. Please guide me, I am new to this.
