My Kaspersky Internet Security v 19.0.0.1008(e) is NOT updating! I've reinstalled and I just performed the proxy change listed above. "Settings > Additional > Network > Proxy server settings > Do not use proxy server > Save." I've attached the export file when it says "failed'. If I restart it is successful but upon updating after it's running it fails.
