Salve, ho aggiornato Kaspersky security center dalla verisone 11 alla verisone 12. La migrazione è andata a buon fine, ma su un totale di 15 client windows 10 build 19041, solo su 5 non mi accetta la licenza. La licenza installata è Kasp. Endpoint security cloud plus 1years nfr license agent network installato 12.2.0.4376---endpoint installato 11.6.0.394 sia su adm.server che su tutti i 15 client I 5 client hanno la segnalazione protezione disattivata-i database non sono aggiornati oltre ad aver provato ad installare la licenza sia da remoto, ho provato direttamente dal client inserendo codice di attivazione, in un primo momento sembra prenderla ma se vado a verifcare mi dice che biosogna acquistare una licenza o inserire codice. il problema è identico su tutti e 5 i client. Potete darmi una mano a risolvere questo problema ?

Hi I upgraded kaspersky secutity center from version 11 to 12. Everything went fine, I installed agent and endpoint on all clients. on some I was able to activate the license while on others while sending it from the security center it fails to activate it and consequently does not allow me to update the virus database.
