  1. Hello. I’ve been experiencing a problem with Kaspersky Total Security 2020 [version: 20.0.14.1085(g)] which is, sometimes when I try to open Kaspersky Total Security 2020 (either by clicking on the application icon on Windows tray, or by opening it through the start menu), the Kaspersky Total Security 2020 window is completely blank, like on the following image: When this happens, I cannot interact with the application, only rebooting the system fixes the problem. Is there a way to fix the issue without rebooting the system? Regards. System specs: Windows 10 version 1909 SO compilation: 18363.535 RAM: 32GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 1800x GTX 1080Ti - Driver version: 441.87 Motherboard: Asrock Taichi x370
  2. Hello @RecklessWarlock, Welcome! Thank you for posting, for the information and the screen print - very helpful 👏 May I ask please, is Kaspersky Secure Connection licensed? Please post an image of the KSC General Rules Screen (refer my image) &, in "Manage Known Wifi Networks", do you see your network device? Please let us know? Thank you Hello. Yes, I’ve a licensed copy of Kaspersky Secure Connection. Here is the screenshot you asked: Best regards.
  3. Hello. I've recently acquired Kaspersky Secure Connection, but I've been experiencing an issue, which is, even though I've selected the "Activate Secure Connection on startup" (it's in Portuguese, so it's a rough translation), it seldom connects when I connect to a network. Is there a way for it to always activate a connection every time I connect to a new network (being it a wireless, wired, anything)? Even if I disconnect from a network, I want it to automatically connect to the VPN every time it detects a new Internet connection. I'll attach a screenshot of the option enabled: Regards.
  4. Hello. I've installed Kaspersky Total Security a month ago, but I'm experiencing a problem. The problem is that every time I want to connect to a Huawei WLC through the web page (using a VPN), a warning page appears and it doesn't let me continue to the WLC page (because of the self signed certificate), which forces me to pause the protection while I'm managing the WLC. Note that for this specific address there is no I understand the risks and wish to continue link: The thing is, the absence of the I understand the risks and wish to continue link only happens with this specific address. How can I manage the WLC without pausing the protection? Regards.
