Constant notification of Traces are Enabled

Kaspersky Notification on right hand side bottom of screen for 2 seconds: TRACES ARE ENABLED: Application actions are logged which may cause computer to slow down. Which programs are causing the traces to be enabled? I have gone in Kaspersky Technical Support> Support Tools> Traces are already disabled!! Still I am getting Kaspersky notification of “traces are enabled” when ever I open internet browser such as google chrome.
