Move from unmanaged to managed solution
raviparker replied to r3alkikas's topic in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business
Hey, You can deploy network agents from Security center by using Administrator account you are using in your enterprise. Just define the account credential that has the proper administrative permission to install apps. -
Hey Shami, I suspect windows smart screen and windows store culprit here. But still try below steps. Try deploying it or install from the packages folder in the KLShare. Try turning OFF windows smart screen for windows apps. Update your windows store. Did you try running the installer on different device?

Since, you have mentioned that you have added that USB device to trusted, and other USB devices are blocked, is that correct? If that’s the case then the Pop up warning is normal for the first time and consecutive plunging and unplugging will not trigger the pop up message during a device running session.

Can not delete some KES10 Files [MOVED]
raviparker replied to defekt's topic in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business
You mention KES10 on your first thread and KAV2020 later. Both are different products. Anyways, you can take ownership of the folders that you want to delete from windows NTFS file permissions by going to security tab on folder properties. -
Can not delete some KES10 Files [MOVED]
raviparker replied to defekt's topic in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business
It is related to your incomplete installation of windows and KES10. Best practice is that if you are planning to install two different AV product, then remove it completely with an uninstaller tool that cleans it from system areas before installing new one. And since you’ve also mentioned that two different windows directory were used on two different products, authorizing issue have arised. -

Hello Francesco, Like you I’m also curious to know the way. In the mean while, you can also check Application registry in Application Management node where you can find the devices on which it is install under properties tab. Export the devices to Excel. That is a bit of clicks, but till now I perform application inventory this way. I wish there is some other way round but I don’t know.

Don’t worry about the protection, unchecking this option doesn’t makes you vulnerable. Also, scanning encrypted connection is little bit resource intensive and may make your web experience slow on legacy hardware. -
