Hello Shami,
Vulnerability check from Kaspersky is about Windows updates and third party app updates.
From client side you will require to check for windows update if there are any and update for each apps installed. No offline tools from Kaspersky.
It's much easier if you check from security center.

Hi
I get the issue where devices get moved to unassigned devices that were managed devices but i cannot figure out how?
Is there a time limit to how long a device can go without connecting to the server then it gets moved back to unassigned?? Its a really weird issue.
Thank you for your help!
Yes, right click managed device node and select properties. Then select device section. You can find the time there.

Do you have a proxy server enabled? Have you upgraded the KSC? What was the last time it was working fine and started showing errors.
You can check service account with with the task is running or can restart it if it’s possible.

Share the Download updates to Administration server repository task log or screenshot after you have cleared the repository and re-run that task.
Make sure you have no firewall rule to block any connection to KLab online.

Hello Kamal,
Try to re-run the update task to server repository. If you encounter the similar issue again, then clear the kaspersky update from repository and re-download the updates. Refer the below image for reference:

Thank you, do I need to select anything diferent than what I do for the offline network ? I have created an offline setup exe with endpoint security and network agent. Will the same setup.exe work or will I need to do something diffent?
No Elma,
You don’t have to do anything else if you’ve provided proper connection parameters for network agent package like Security center IP address, ports etc.

Hello Elma,
Go to your KES policy in your security center. Select Essential Protection, then select BadUSB attack prevention. Uncheck this component and save it. Check now if keyboards are working again.

Hello Elma,
Kaspersky Agents can help you discover devices and manage them centrally. Make sure you provide connection information appropriately in agent installation.
-
Still select the product from drop down list and uninstall.
-
Hello,
Yeah if you say so. Are you experiencing the issue with all the devices in an Administration group?
Are policy properly enforcing when you install KES, because I saw in your agent policy that many setting where editing is not locked.
-
Hello,
You say that there are no rules of moving device is created in Unassigned Devices properties tab?

Hello Awaiz,
You can accomplish this task in two ways,
First, application wide, you can create a category of application that will be prohibited from running. For example utorrent.exe or alike. You can add any applications that you want to block.
Second, You can use Kaspersky built in categories to block torrenting.
Go to Advanced<<Application management<<Application category.
Select New Category « Select Category with content added manually« proceed with the wizard.

-
Hello,
In KSC, right click on managed devices and select properties. Go to Devices section and check the settings you have configured in Remove the device from the group..

-
Hello,
When you install, and once this error is encountered, simultaneously open windows Event Viewer and check system or application log. It can give you hints as why the application installation fails.
Secondly, since agent is installed, try deploying the KES via KSC and check. KSC event can also help you narrow down the issue.
