  1. Hello, Please update windows to latest version and try. Also, during encountering the above error, also check system log for any MSI installation error. It may provide an insight to why you received this error.
  2. Hello Shami, Vulnerability check from Kaspersky is about Windows updates and third party app updates. From client side you will require to check for windows update if there are any and update for each apps installed. No offline tools from Kaspersky. It's much easier if you check from security center.

  12. Elma, You can see your remote installation packages by going to your KSC « Advanced « Remote Installations « Installation packages. Select Network agent, right click it’s properties and check it’s parameters

  20. Hello Awaiz, You can accomplish this task in two ways, First, application wide, you can create a category of application that will be prohibited from running. For example utorrent.exe or alike. You can add any applications that you want to block. Second, You can use Kaspersky built in categories to block torrenting. Go to Advanced<<Application management<<Application category. Select New Category « Select Category with content added manually« proceed with the wizard.

  22. Hello, When you install, and once this error is encountered, simultaneously open windows Event Viewer and check system or application log. It can give you hints as why the application installation fails. Secondly, since agent is installed, try deploying the KES via KSC and check. KSC event can also help you narrow down the issue.
