Assuming that you'd want to see this from the management console (workspace) and not from the endpoint itself - You'll need first to configure the notifications - see more at https://support.kaspersky.com/Cloud/1.0/en-US/141817.htm
Once that configured to your liking, remember to add your email address to receive those notifications.

Indeed KES Cloud Pro contains the EDR functionalities (see more on the different tiers https://support.kaspersky.com/Cloud/1.0/en-US/101540.htm ) but this product is a business (B2B) product. You might want to take a look at our recently released consumer products (B2C) tiers and see if that serves you better - https://support.kaspersky.com/help/Kaspersky/Win21.7/en-US/152975.htm .

Are you managing this from a Security center console or the KES Cloud workspace? If through KESC Cloud then go to Cloud Discovery part of the security profile and search for Facebook and see what type of access that has. You could have something like below and it will explain your problem
