I have checked 'TRACES', but found it in disabled position.

My concern is in Program data folder of my windows, the Kaspersky folder's size is too big , almost 8 GB.

What is the reason for so huge memory captured? cannot we keep these files in cloud? any facility is there?

I am a loyal Kaspersy user , almost more than 15 years.

I have been using KASPERSKY ANTI VIRUS LAST 12 YEARS.

 

My laptop has been seriously infected by following Trojans:

 

UDS:Trojan-PSW.Win32.Fareit.dnzd

HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Generic

17. WHY KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS CANNOT REMOVE OR QUARANTINE THESE RANOSOMEWARES?

Please give me solution how to remove these ransomewares.
