Hola Agradezco tu intervención, volviendo al tema, hoy he realizado un nuevo análisis completo y Kaspersky Plus ha detectado los objetos "SECOH-QAD.exe" y "SECOH-QAD.dll" identificados como "Software lícito que los intrusos pueden usar para dañar su equipo o datos personales", ¿debería dejar que Kaspersky Security Cloud resuelva el problema?, ya que como indiqué antes mi copia de Windows 10 y mi licencia de Office son legítimas, una posibilidad es que el sistema operativo o la versión antigua de Office hayan sido activados con KMSPico por otra persona, luego yo apliqué las claves de licencia legítimas sin desinstalar KMSPico, ese podría ser el motivo por el que Kaspersky Plus (que es la versión que tengo ahora) detecta los objetos "SECOH-QAD.exe" y "SECOH-QAD.dll" ¿que acciones me sugieren seguir para resolver esta situación? Hola Hoy he notado que Kaspersky Security Cloud muestra en mi PC con Windows 10 los objetos "SECOH-QAD.exe" y "SECOH-QAD.dll" identificados como "Programa legítimo que pueden usar los delincuentes para dañar su equipo o datos personales", en las respuestas anteriores los usuarios que respondieron lo señalan como parte del activador KMSPico, pero yo tengo Windows 10 con licencia original y no he instalado ese activador porque no lo necesito y no sé como han llegado a mi pc esos archivos, ¿debería dejar que Kaspersky Security Cloud resuelva el problema? Hola He reinstalado Kaspersky Security Cloud sin desinstalar la versión anterior y el problema se ha resuelto, gracias. Estoy en Latinoamérica y no encuentro info o links de Kaspersky Plus en el sitio de Kaspersy Latam, tampoco sé si se comercializa en Latinoamérica, sí lo he encontrado en los sitios de Kaspersky España y USA. Si comienza a comercializarse en Latinoamérica sería una buena opción, gracias por el dato.

Hola El problema es que tuve que cambiar la unidad de almacenamiento de mi PC por una nueva unidad, al instalar nuevamente Kaspersky Security Cloud no logro que este se vincule a la cuenta Kaspersky y al ingresar a la sección de dispositivos de mi cuenta Kaspersky no encuentro como activar el producto instalado en la PC desde ahí, el problema no se debe a que la licencia este vencida, la misma está vigente y restan unos tres meses para que termine, por lo que ese no es el problema. Si alguien puede explicarme como resolver esta situación será una gran ayuda. Gracias.

Es la primera vez que entro al foro y encuetro su funcionamiento diferente al de otros foros, tengo algunas dudas: ¿como accedo a la página en la que puedo cambiar mi contraseña? no encuentro la manera de llegar a esta página y no recuerdo haber elegido una contraseña cuando me registré, por lo tanto no sé como cambiarla y no sé como volver a entrar al foro después de desloguearme, y no quiero tener que crear otra cuenta para ingresar. Estas son mis dudas, gracias. :) (son las peores preguntas que he hecho en un foro) :)
