MacBook Pro 15.3 32G Ram 6 Core I9 2.9GHz OSX v10.15.3 Latest version of KIS No Time Machine is neither connected or running. KIS has always had this issue of locking my system up, I’ve never been able to run a full scan. I’ve opened support ticket and only thing ever accomplished was continued we need this, we need that, uninstall, reinstall, basically nothing. I got disgusted finally and removed it completely. I’ve installed another AV, full scan within about 10 min’s or less. It also doesn’t heat up my laptop to where it’s almost too hot to touch unlike KIS. Sorry but nope, this is the last time I’ll ever mess with Kaspersky.

Yeah I paid ahead for 2 year’s, full scans fail around ½ way, the network attack protection hangs my Mac and I have to constantly hard reboot. That and numerous times it causes my Mac to reboot and at times freezes while booting up. Opened a ticket and only thing accomplished was consistent asking for logs, more logs, etc. Yep I’m done with KIS even though I have a year left, life is too short to put up with this BS. I’ll check out another AV, hopefully I’ll find something that actually works and doesn’t kill my MacBook Pro.
