  1. Tech support explained that the Kaspersky Suite installation can sometimes be uninstalled after a Windows Update. So watch out for that . Re-install the suite, is all I can say. Have a backup of your data and passwords.
  2. KPM ver.= 9.0.2.15298 (o) / 1621871575_6872 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1I have not told tech support about it yet. Enabled Firefox extensions No Yes. Yes. What I see when it fails to recognize my password I know the password works because I just used it to unlock the desktop vault.
  3. Hi I have a similar problem, my KPM extension has been installed just fine directly from the KPM settings, browser extensions tab, however the extension fails to recognize my main password for unlocking the vault. Windows 7 Mozilla Firefox 89.0 (64-bit) My entire suite was just reinstalled today over remote connection by tech support with the use of kavremover.
  4. just had the issue resolved by a representative reinstalling the suite over remote connection. Weird thing is during the reinstall our connection was intercepted or something and my computer was being flooded with malware from an unknown source, this was right after I terminated the remote connection. The malware files kept popping up as fast as I was trying to resolve them in the newly reinstalled Kaspersky suite, eventually I had to perform a hardware shutdown due to the malware disabling kaspersky total security and a number of other applications crashed with inexplicable errors popping up. I performed a full computer scan and a fast rootkit scan, and the malware was nowhere to be found. My issue was solved, but man did I freak out when that happened, I’ve never had malware pop up so rapidly.
  5. So I’ve submitted a technical support request for my issue, but I figured I better share this with the community, so that if you’ve run into the same issue you would be able to find something. The components listed above have not only stopped booting on PC startup, but their files have disappeared from my computer. I only have the start menu folder and the uninstallers left for them in my Control Panel. Windows 7.
