Any suggestions? Still it doesn’t work properly.

Starting a full scan causes the computer to freeze. Usage of disk is 94 % (201 GB used of 227 GB). Scan report kept in /tmp/ filled my disk moreover caused high RAM and CPU usage till freeze.
