KATA restarted many times then stuck into emergency mode what could happen?

I have installed KEDR as part of Kata and Kaspersky Sandbox standalone and integrated them with KSC but when I click download updates for the two servers update fails so any help.

I have installed security center 13 in windows server after adding domain and active directory the remote installation for computers in active directory fails cause network agent is not installed or inaccessible but I have already installed the network agent but the network agent can’t see the server only the active directory
