How to reset router? Please instruct. Cannot disable firewall as it is showing that Kaspersky Total Security is controlling the same. Issue not fixed. I am having the same problem as stated above Don- 'Cannot establish a secure connection. Check your internet network. RETRY.' what do I do??? Please advise asap! thanks
