Hello, how to download packages from the dmz gateway, (wich is not a server but only a gateway). Because I want the mobile devices download the packages from the dmz gateway. Unfortunately in the dmz neither the port 8060 nor 8061 is running by the K web server because the server is NOT on the gateway. What would you suggest ?

Hello the help section about Kaspersky Self service Portal un KSC11 here https://help.kaspersky.com/KSC/11/en-US/89534.htm Is telling us "Step 6. Setting up the port for Kaspersky Security Center 10 Web Console" wich seem quite unlogical because it is said to download and download KSC11 web console. But with this one, nothing seems to be on the 8081 port. Did anybody manage to make work the Self service Portal with KSC11 ?

Bonjour, en migrant de KSC 10 à KSC 11, j'ai installé la webconsole version 11, et il semble qu'il n'y ai plus de self service portal. Du coup j'ai réinstallé la webconsole 10 en générant un nouveau certificat apple. avec ce tuto https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/14759 Malheureusement impossible de se connecter à la webconsole. Quelle est la bonne procédure pour faire fonctionner le self service portal avec KSC 11 ? Merci
