  1. Kaspersky support technicians were able to resolve the issue after I provided them with licensing information.
  2. Hi @Flood and Flood's wife, Thanks! The problem still persists. Where to from here? I have never experienced this issue before and believe it may an Amazon issue. Your thoughts please?
  3. I purchased a Kaspersky license on Amazon and Kaspersky won't allow me to activate the license. I continue to receive the following error: "Activation code is invalid for this region". When I purchased the license I included my shipping address so I cannot understand how I was sold a license for my region and now cannot install it. I have deactivate the secure connection setting and it still does not work and I still get the same error message. Please help as my exisitng Kaspersky license has expired.
