Where can I find detailed backup instructions? When I backup I sometimes get a failure notice and am unable to diagnose the cause -Other times when I backup it says it was successful but I am unable to see the files. Is the backup in the native file format, or is it converted to a backup format? How can I restore just one file, rather than the, partial restore entire backup? Thank you
