If the camera is blocked from the KIS privacy page and then FaceTime is opened the following: Attachment 1 If the Face Time App is then shut down, and the camera unblocked from the KIS privacy page: Attachment 2 Note in respect of Attachment 1 there is also a KIS banner that pops out from screen right saying the camera is blocked, i just wasn't quick enough to capture it in the screen shot. Additionally, if the camera is enabled and then disabled with FaceTime still active, the camera continues to work, but on the next opening of FaceTime it is again blocked.
