I have installed Total Security and disabled Webcam Protection and rebooted. Despsite this the Webcam cannot activate to use Windows Hello (like it did before Kaspersky was installed). It seems Kaspersky has had an effect on the Biometrics ‘Windows Hello Face Software Device’ in Device Manger. The properties being “Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)”. This needs a fix please.
