[Unable to access My Kaspersky]

It’s been 4 hours already and i’m unable to access my kaspersky. Is there some kind of maintenance or what?

[Microsoft Outlook 2019 and Attachments, all attachments come with a weird extension_, .xls]

I’ve exact same problem with Outlook. Displaying excel attachments as xls_ and png as pn_ etc.

Here’s my Kaspersky version; 21.12.16.590(b). Looks like this is the updated one but i still have issue.
