  1. Using Windows 10 Pro Ver: 10.0.19044 Build 19044

    Uninstalled and started over with the PC download setup_1.0.5.1360

    Using Android 1.88.0.9

    I am new to KSK but find some odd behaviors: I have two children accounts set up identically. One child requests additional time and I immediately get an email, click the link, get into MyKapersky and the request pops up. The other child requests more time and I immediately get an email, click the link, get into MyKapersky, and the nothing... No pop up to give additional time. The Android app has never shown anything related to this, which is a bit frustrating in general, nothing when I click on the bell. Under requests it says "No new requests". I then uninstalled everything, deleted all accounts, started from scratch only to see the exact same behavior from only on child's account when requesting. Even went so far as to make a third child account for testing and that one never produces an "additional time request" on MyKapersky or my Android. Since I am getting the email with a link, I doubt it's on my end but after logging into MyKapersky they never produce the actual request for me to act on? 

    I really liked this software, thus got the premium subscription but I have 30 days to either get a resolution or cancel.

    Anyone ever seen a similar issue?
