My new Kaspersky Security Center cannot download updates, it always stays at 55%. I restart the Kaspersky server 3 times to try again but I wait 5 hours and it never ends.

I also observe that when there are devices with the same name. Kaspersky adds those characters to differentiate it I think. maybe the original computer was broken, and the new computer with the same configuration and name was added, but the original computer was not removed from Kaspersky Security Center Regards

Te recomiendo reiniciar tu dispositivo antes de intentar instalar nuevamente KES. Saludos

En el Security Center secundario necesitas instalar nuevamente las mismas licencias que el Security Center principal.El despliegue automático de licencias es para los endpoint security. Saludos.

No necesitas actualizar Security Center para actualizar el Endpoint. En tu Security Center 10 descargas el Paquete de instalación y el plugin de KES 11. Para la instalación, primero debes crear una tarea de desinstalacion remota para eliminar la version de KES que tienen actualmente las computadoras.Segundo, terminada la desinstalacion se deben reiniciar las computadoras ( En la tarea de desisntalacion remota puedes hacer que se haga automáticamente). Finalmente, creas una tarea de instalación remota para implementar KES11.

Descarga el instalador de Kaspersky Security Center 11 y ejecutas para actualizar el servidor.Debes tener en cuenta que el instalador( KSC11) sea del mismo idioma de Kaspersky Security Center 10. No es necesario actualizar KES y el agente de red para actualizar Kasperksy Security Center.

Good afternoon how the ssl connection between the endpoint and the administration server is established because the digital certificate that creates the server is not installed in the endpoint, but the connection is established. How the endpoint relies on that certificate if it is signed by an unknown authority, when i search the certificate in the endpoint using mmc.
