  1. I have the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud service: I just tried to increase my User (device) support count with an additional license key, but rather than increase the support count by 5x additional licenses, it downgraded my entire license count to just 5x devices. So far talked to 3x Techs who do not support Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud, 2x Bots who haven’t got a clue, and lady from head office who promised to get someone call me back (but obviously) they haven’t.
  2. Ah, thanks, yes it does need to be in Cloud business section.
  3. The only daily scan I schedule is the full Scan, how about you add the ‘Quick Scan’ option to the Business Cloud service?
  4. Oh, I forgot to add, when I said it produces an error, this stays until the computer is rebooted, so even when it comes back from suspend the error hangs around until a reboot.
  5. Hi, I’ve put the Cloud agent on a couple of Macs, seems to work as advertised, yet when the Mac goes into suspend mode i.e. User closes the lid, it produces a warning on the Management system. Any thoughts? Device status: Warning Device status stated by the managed application Device model and OS: Mac OS X Version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac: 11.1.0.210 Network Agent version: 12.0.0.77
  6. It’s a decent answer, but we don’t seem to have the packager in the Cloud Console with an ability to package anything, it just holds the default install for Mac & PC clients packages, no ability to wrap that reg up and deliver it as per the link you provided :-/
  7. Trying to push some registry keys onto my endpoints, I’ve exported my keys and made my change.bat file, now to create the Package: The instructions say go to ‘Distribution Packages’ and “Prepare” package by pressing the ‘Prepare’ button- there is no prepare button (see screen shot). Any ideas?
  8. Is there any way that Kaspersky EP can deliver Windows 10 registry keys to the end computers, in much the same way as delivering (Group) Policies? I work in an environment of stand-alone computers, although they are Win10Pro we have no Microsoft Domain and therefore no way to deliver policies.
  9. Ah, scratch that, it’s now working as expected, seems to need an hour or so to get the revised config out. Might be a cool feature to add a push option within the console. Still have no idea what to do with that key file ;-) Thanks.
  10. End Point Security Cloud11.5 For Windows. Turned on the Device blocking, works as expected, stops the Devices being used. Now I’m testing to see if I can exclude a USB type. I’ve added the device (see screenie), but this device is still blocked. FYI Could not find anything in the KB about how to use the exclusion request on a Temporary basis (generates a key file) or Request on a Perm basis (through the system console messages).
