Remote computer access w/Kaspersky Internet

I have a Win 10 OS and remote into a different computer. My Kaspersky Internet software will not allow me to see the remote screen. If I disable the web anti-virus function in Kaspersky then I am able to remote in. This has been ongoing issue. Any ideas?
