After I installed Kaspersky on my Microsoft Laptop 2 I am unable to login using face recognition. The computer returns an error message “Cannot start the camera”.
Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks

Après j'ai installé Kaspersky sur mon ordinateur portable Microsoft 2 je suis incapable de se connecter en utilisant la reconnaissance faciale. L'ordinateur renvoie un message d'erreur Impossible de démarrer la caméra.
