  1. Have you tried to re-create Report delivery task?

    Hi Nikolay,

Yes I have tried recreating the report delivery task and no luck.

As I have stated earlier one thing I noticed is I only get an email when there is at least one unprotected machine. If the unprotected machine count is zero I don't get any email notification.

This only happens with the KSC 11. When using KSC 10 I always got an email even if the count of unprotected machines was 0.

Just to put it in other words, If the report is blank I don't get any email, but if an email has at least 1 machine then I do receive an email.

  2. Hello,

After upgrading my servers to Kaspersky Security Center 11 recently the Deliver report tasks that runs on a daily basis does not work correctly.

We receive an email report daily but after the upgrade, the report randomly stops coming for a few days even if the task is executing successfully.

I have checked my SMTP settings and they are correct. A test email from Administration server gets delivered without any issues but reports dont get delivered.

Please help me with this issue.

  3. Hello, I will list down what we did and then explain my problem.
    1. We recently upgraded our Kaspersky server from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2016.
    2. I followed the normal process of backup the data and restore (I have done this multiple times in the past, so I am sure nothing went wrong here).
    3. In installed the latest version of Kaspersky Security Center i.e 11.0.0.1131, earlier I was running the version 10.4.343.
    4. After the update everything worked fine for a week and then suddenly all of my machines started reporting "Device has become unmanaged".
    5. I performed a klnagchk on the server and got an error saying "Attempt to connect to the Administration Server...Transport level error while connecting to http://[TheServerName]:13000: general error 0x502." (I have ommited the actual server name and replaced it with TheServerName so please dont be confused)
    6. I rebooted my Kaspersky Administration Server once and it temporarily solved the problem for a 2-3 days but now its happening again and there is now way I can find to fix it.
  4. Hello, One of my machine has KES 10.1.0.867 installed, I want to upgrade it to the latest version but it has a password set to it and no one knows what the password is. So I need the plugin so I can create a policy in Administration console and set the password so it can be uninstalled. //Mod Note: moved to proper section.
You can create a policy, as you said. Or you can try to upgrade you KES by inplace update. You can create installation pack of new KES and launch setup. It should install it succesfully. And with ne wversion and new policy you can change your password also.
I have already tried this and installation fails with a fatal error. It does install over the current version without uninstalling it and because there is a password set it will not uninstall without password.
