Hi! I downloaded a zip file containing some png files and a .scr file. The scr file was just a few megabytes when compressed, but 420 Mb unpacked. Kaspersky Security Cloud didn't find anything suspicious about it, so I double-clicked it (don't ask me why). Nothing seemed to happen, but I'm still afraid that the computer is infected without my knowledge. What should I do? This is the file: "https://cutt.ly/KKaK6rH" .
