Thanks Berny. Haven't tried that yet. I'm a bit uncomfortable about leaving my pc unprotected for the period between uninstall and reinstall. I know it shouldn't take long but at my age 86 I may have some difficulty. Any other suggestions ?

KIS on my Desktop has changed to Pure much to my annoyance. My other devices,Laptop,Phones,Tablet have not been affected. I do not want Pure as it appears not to give the same protection as KIS. Can anyone help me please as I cannot find any help from Kaspersky.

I have KST on my PC with over 302 days remaining. I also have a new laptop and cannot add it to my account no matter what I try. Instead a trial version insists on downloading and only 25 days left. I am at my wits end and am very frustrated. Not overly clever with computers { 86yrs } but I do try my hardest. This problem isn’t helping at all. Can anyone help me please ? OleRash35.

I am having a similar problem .Tried many times to get help from KTS but total waste of time. they dont appear to care once they have your cash’ Never had these problems with ….... If I didnt have so mant days(302) remaining I would ditch Kaspersky altogether. What a shower of …..... ! OleRash35
