Dear all,
which ports should be open on ksc if a device with network agent installed is on remote location
means if a firewall is between ksc and client machine which ports should be open in that firewall for connection?

how i can do this it was a fresh installation?

when ever i am trying to install network agent remotely getting an error the device may have been disconnected.
i tried it on 6 devices remotely but same error and also i can ping these devices from administration server.
domain and system admin accounts are also added in the task.
how i can troubleshoot this issue on urgent basis.

he said the functionality for updating is designed to ensure that all machines will get updates regardless of their location. By default, your managed devices will reach out to the Security Center server. If your machines cannot reach the KSC, then they will automatically reach out to the internet to download the updates from our public servers via the internet.
is he right?

thank you for your response but if we have more than 400 computers and managed from kaspersky security center and some of them are out of office for two are three days then they will update?

I have a user with a laptop that will only be in the office every other 2 weeks, I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows v10.2.1.23 installed and it works fine in the office but when he starts traveling will I need to do anything special for his laptop to keep up to date with antivirus signatures without him connecting to the office?

did you mean the credentials in windows or in kaspersky?
hi,
can please tell that are you managing kaspersky endpoint security from kasperksy security center.
if you are then go to kaspersky security center (managemnet console )then find the policy which enforced on your desired machine.
you can change or disable it in kaspersky endpoint security policy properties and then interface.

Sorry for late reply.i dont know what is the reason behind this error.but error only occurs when you are using standalone network agent or kaspersky endpoint secuirty packges.
i fixed it by installing both applications separately via remote installations and local instllation using
KLshare and packages.

sorry for late reply There is no issue with mail configuration because i am receiving emails my question was that when i disable maximum entries to display it is showing completed with error but when it is enabled it gives no error. Thank you

Dear all, when i was installing klnagent and kes 11 on windows 7 sp1 enterprise it gave me fatal error .i was using standalone package to install them. please view attached screenshot.

Dear all, We’re receiving below error in task which is meant to run on daily basis for delivering report. We suddenly started receiving error. ksc is generating 4 reports on daily basis 1,vulnerability report 2.virus report 3.heavily infected devices report 4.network attack report issue is because of virus report because when i check maximum number of entries to display (1000) in virus report properties it is completing with out error and when i uncheck it is completing with error. . Please see attached screenshots.
