  1. Scenario is as follows: My daughter’s PC originally had Kasperski license for one device (the PC). [Let’s call this License A]. This license expires in about 100 days. I recently installed a new Kasperski license for three devices on the PC. [License B]. This was intended for the PC + an Android phone + a spare. This license expires in about 700 days. However, in this process, Kaspersky transferred the PC from License A to License B, and then assigned the Android to License A. But ideally I really wanted to add the Android to License B, so that protection for both the PC and the Android expires at the same time.I realize that at the present time the Android is still protected (by License A) -- and this works fine at the moment. But within 100 days, when Licence A expires, I will need to transfer the Android to Licence B. Question is: how do I do this? P.S. I did look at various Kasperski help pages for information, but the instructions did not tally with my daughter’s model of mobile phone: it’s a Samsung Galaxy A21s running Android 10. Thanks in advance Ian (Still a raw beginner).
  2. Hi. This is a little bit long, but please be patient: I have 3 PCs, each having about 3 weeks remaining on one 2-year license. I decided to renew the license. I paid for a 3-machine 2-year license, downloaded startup.exe, and followed the instructions. I updated 2 of the 3 machines successfully. As expected, the new license on each machine now shows 730+ days remaining. But updating the third machine did not work. I started the update process, whereby the old version of Total Security is removed. But this stopped working unexpectedly part way through, complaining there was a problem. I was then offered the choice of removing the old version manually, which I did. BAD MOVE on my part, because removing the old version manually meant that all the history of the old version was deleted. I then tried to update the machine again, but all this did was re-install the old version, with only a few days left on the license. I now had the option to renew the license, but it wanted me to pay again. Bottom Line: How do I persuade this machine to accept that I already have a new, valid, paid-for license, and I do not want to pay for it again? Thanks.
