We use KES Cloud plus and are noticing regular errors received on workstations as the above heading: Event "Error verifying application databases and modules" has occurred on device XXXXXXXX in Windows domain XXXX on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 6:28:25 AM (GMT+00:00) Event type: Error verifying application databases and modules Result: Update files are corrupted Object: https://s00.upd.kaspersky.com/updates/apu/apu0001.dat Object\Path: https://s00.upd.kaspersky.com/updates/apu/ Object\Name: apu0001.dat User: XXXXXXXX (Active user) Release date: 8/28/2019 8:02:00 AM Can someone please shed some light on this problem?

We have resolved the issue by blocking teams.microsoft.com in Web control.

Using KES Cloud Plus is blocking Microsoft Teams when we have Social Media Blocked. We would like access to Microsoft Teams at the same time blocking all other social media //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Thanks for your reply. We have tried both your solutions and it still does not work. Also we are using Kaspersky Enpoint Security Plus which is cloud based. Blocking audio as a group is not working. We have been in touch with your local representative in Malta, Europe who are opening a Support ticket with you as they have also tested this. We have a trial license and would like to get this resolved before we commit to purchase a license. Thanks

I am sorry, don't know what you mean. How can I block YouTube and and Spotify using Web controls in security profile?

We want to set a rule whereby any audio or video streaming are blocked. Example: we want to stop spotify, internet radio and youtube

We are having serious difficulties when setting up Web Control Rules. Example, how do you set a rule that allows Web-based emails but blocks Social Media?

We are using a trial version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus and would like to have the following questions answered. Can we use this on windows servers? If we have virtual servers on a hyper-v, do you install only on the hyper-v or on each virtual server? We would appreciate some guidance on this product. Thanks
