Can't login to Windows after install KTS

Dear Friends , I have installed the Kaspersky network agent and kaspersky windows security agent in windows 10 (on both version 1805&1903)laptop after that i got the issue in the system. It shucked in lock screen page itself i am unable to goto the login page. After uninstalling the both agent by remotely the system working normally. kindly share solution guide friends.
