[How i can make Kaspersky stop blocking new network connections [Hyper-V Virtual ethernet adapter]]

then I'm installing a new VM or trying to make a hotspot on my pc Kaspersky is always breaking something and I don't know how to disable it

 

I'm using security cloud free

Problem With Kaspersky Security Cloud v21.3.10.391f on windows 11 dev , it does not open app settings . nothing happens when i click the settings button in the main app screen or the settings option on the notification icon right click . so i have no access to app settings
