Have you tried to clean admin server update repository(Repository - Updates and patches - right mouse click - all tasks - clean repository)and re-download updates?

 The above are on Virtual Machine. Do you mean we should try backing up the SQL alone or there is some method from Kaspersky Security Center.

By default KSC creates a backup copy at midnaight every day and keeps 3 copies of DB. Please use one of them.

Please enable all listed devices at anti-briging list to make it work. Network adapter and modem are disabled at the time according to ,cfg file you attached.

[Distribution Point KSC: as Update Source]

It would be nice to be able to download the updates only one time (on main KSC) and copy them one time (on each WAN connection) to each distribution point, which then offers them to their clients. This would minimize the needed bandwidth on each wan/internet connection (-> best setup).

There are 2 ways to do so.

1. You can create a task(or several tasks) at KSC to place updates to specific network share and then select this share as update source for distribution point
2. You can make Distribution point to work as a Gateway and in that case all traffic(related to KES only) will be re-routed to KSC, including updates.

Им так же можно управлять с помощью KSC, нужно лишь установить на KSC плагин, который находится внутри дистрибутива.

I`m not sure that I understood you correctly.

The idea of using distribution points is to decrease traffic between network segments by making hosts update from distribution point instead of KSC.

If there is a need to use KSC as an update source then there is no sense of using Distribution points.
