  1. just create a batch file on your new adminserver with content: “c:\<path to network agent folder\klmover.exe” -address <ip or name of new server> create this as new install packet and roll it out in your network via your new KSC and admin credentials used all machines will then connect to your new server
  2. KES is designed for desktop systems, not servers - it works on servers, but it’s not a good idea always use the correct / intended solution for your problem https://support.kaspersky.com/ksws11#downloads did you do a full scan on your server? did you remove found files? did you check the microsoft article and checked your server for indicatrors of being hacked? is your server patched completely? for further / better qualified help i suggest opening a support ticket with kaspersky
  3. first please don’t install KES on Servers - use Kaspersky for Windows Servers instead - espeacially terminal servers (performance and stability reasons) second check this: https://www.microsoft.com/security/blog/2021/03/02/hafnium-targeting-exchange-servers/ third update your exchange to a supported version
  4. Yeah, seems like this - first customer upgrading to KSC 13 - same DB Errors in event log and admin server service not starting installed KSC 12 from Backup an now customer has a working server
