  2. Hello, I have recently purchased Kaspersky Premium and have successfully set it up on my laptop, but can't get it to work properly on my phone. When I go into the app (I'm on Android version 11), it says "! 1 Warning. Learn more." When I click this, one of the "issues" that need fixing is "Turn on Safe Browsing." But when I try to turn this feature on via my phone settings, I get the following message: -------------------- The "Settings" app cannot verify your responses because an app has blocked the permission request interface. Turn off Assistive Ball or other functions that might cause this issue. -------------------- I have tried fiddling around with my phone settings, but the issue persists. And I don't have anything called "Assistive Ball" (whatever that is!) installed as far as I can see. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me solve this. I tried e-mailing Kaspersky support but the contact form isn't working (I have tried it on several different browsers, and on all of them the drop down boxes block the box you have to type your problem into so I can't get in contact with Kaspersky at all). So I'm posting here in the hope somebody can help me. I have attached an image of the error message I am receiving. Many thanks in advance for your help! Nick
