  14. No problem with KPM here on windows and also in andorid. Without issue. Do you have still problems? OR it is fixed?
  15. @Jimmyb 1. System HW? 2. Did you contacted tech support? 3. Installed on fresh new clean installation of Windows? Or it is installed on 5 years old pc with many programs.
  16. @Travis121 @mirandac are you tried restore Windows from restore points? Or tried install kaspersky on fresh clean installation of Windows? If there are problems in fresh installed Windows something is bad with kaspersky. But i never had problems like you guys.
  17. Why you have Hyper Threading off? You have Intel Core i9-14900k which have much power. Also kaspersky uses virtualization technology. I would enable this. If you still have problems contact Tech Support at https://my.kaspersky.com

  19. It is in beta stage. Soon will be available. But i wanted identify problem. If KIS uninstall and install again solve problem.
  20. First i would rather uninstall KIS do restart PC and again install same version of KIS.
  21. Maybe kaspersky will offer you to upgrade to the newest kaspersky product version. But without uninstallation and installation is not possible. Every product must be uninstalled and installed automatically or manually.
