Have you tried install this product on another pc which supports HW virtualization??? Otherwise you can contact tech support on my.kaspersky.com and there you create support ticket.

Hi, fortunately there are many others and better... For example on chromium source code (Comodo dragon, or now totally secure and fatest browser Brave) which i tested from yesterday on pc and android... So if you can use firefox (gecko source code) there is a Ice dragon browser. I dont use original Google chrome... only secured browser which dont sending any info and tracking... So kaspersky should support more safer browser than google chrome.. SECURITY 1st!!!!!

Did you tried completely uninstall kaspersky restart pc and then install again?

I must uninsall any other HW virtalization programs because Kaspersky.... when i uninsalled vmware then i ran UEFI and there disabled virualizaion and restar pc to desktop..... next once again restarted pc and enabled virualization and checked settings in kaspersky everything works fine. Tried these steps exactly??

Do you use virtual machine like vmware or virtualbox programs?

I saw it on russian knowledge base that it is end of july 21 i think... or maybe august?? Not sure but this summer as always every year ;)

Hello Flood, I fixed it. No reinstall needed... And restarts not fixed the problem.. So i enter into UEFI settings and turned off Intel virtualization technology restarted pc (boot to desktop) After this once again restart pc and enter again into UEFI enable virtualization technology and restart pc. Works great now.

Sandbox is turned off but kaspersky still can not use HW..

Ehm okay thanks! SB feature will be turned off.

So what can i do? Turn off Windows sandbox? Or let it turned on and waith for patch from kaspersky? Or?
