Hi @FLOOD Yes thats True KPM with patch (i) and Edge chromium supports, BUT for KAV /KIS / KTS is releasedpatch (j) which supports Edge chromium. I think that must both of these products supports Edge chromium.

@kesandal It is better to contact Tech Support https://my.kaspersky.com/ Because there are different things like in Parental control / safe kids or on my kaspersky SKIP letters as i wrote above etc. Maybe depend it on region. As patches for products for example someone have patch (j) and i have still patch (i). Maybe next week…. 🙂

@kesandal Installed back czech version… Uninstalled german version do restart, Installed czech version do manual update 2x and restart And after restart as you can see nearly 2 minutes from boot showing notification (i always click on don´t remind me). Also i noticed some details in german and czech version (in german versios must have safe kids and in czech version is also option I am not interested…. I do that and i use parental control not safe kids. After this screen i click on SKIP then FINISH Installation. After 2x restarts nearly 2 minutes and i received notification.

I didn't receive a notification with german version… hmm How i install kaspersky versions? 1.Uninstalling old version (control panel) and i do restart PC 2.Installing new version do a manual update database (downloaded patches) after finish i do once again manual database (kaspersky runs it automatically about few seconds also) and restart PC 3.This is all. Pop up notification will be showed after few minutes.

Removing with Kavremover without any problem is not necessary. If you do restart after uninstallation then ok. Also for experienced users can verify in registry → regedit - find and write Kaspersky click find. if something found with kaspersky simply delete reg key.

And was a restart after remove KIS?? *KAVREMOVER run only when you have trouble uninstall Kaspersky or it is here some leftovers.

As far i know rootkit scan does not run if game or app is runinng on full screen but i dont think that the exe file on the background can stop rootkit scan. Maybe yes because game? Hmm I ran for example game GTA V before this began rootkit scan and minimized game rootkit scan began again (continue) and in detailed reports is rootkit scan restored… Simply when i run game rootkit scan is paused When i switch back to desktop rootkit scan will continue. Once i had problem that rootkit scan does not run few days i reinstalled kaspersky completely and works good.

Can you do replication on another smartphone? Scan Metasploit Payload apk with current version of KIS for android on another device if it possible.

Yeah no problem 🙂 Also when people from Kaspersky create a fix (new virus definition) then i recommend you delete this file from exclusions in kaspersky.

If you have created support ticket, they will reply on your incident and also they create virus definition update for fix this, so until this time you can add this to exclusions : Settings > Additional > Threats and Exclusions > Manage exclusions > Add > Browse and find this .exe file and click Add. Thats it.

As i wrote false positive (these 4 AV solutions) i´ve never heard about these antiviruses… Yes.

This is High False positive.

You can disable protection kaspersky and restore file from quarantine next upload it on virustotal, then enable protection.

Can you upload this file on virustotal?
