  1. Details? Go to quarantine and there is file with also path and with virus info type…. You can restore or delete from quarantine or you can right click on file in quarantine for other options ...

This bug will be fixed in nearest patch (k).

  8. Hi, Welcome. Where you tried found kaspersky?? Go to Control panel / install uninstall program and search here. Error???please specify which type of error. And also kaspersky can not uninstall (you must confirm that). And kaspersky have a great protection against malware.

  11. How you install kaspersky version 20? Was upgrade from previous version? Or clean installed? 1.uninstall kaspersky from control panel and also uninstall kaspersky secure connection 2.restart PC (important) 3.install kaspersky update database manually when finished update again and restart pc Better?
  12. Move your mouse cursor on taskbar on kaspersky icon you will see full version number with patch. Or https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/1690#block1 You can send link here of your GSI it is secure. Only Basic info.

  15. I dont know if your PC with windows 10 have problem. But windows 10 is created on other core than Windows 7. I understand that sometimes machines must work 24 hours daily (i work in company that are required runed pc for 24 hours 5 days in week). On my PC (home) i always restart if pc ask for restart…. then i have no problems. Thats all.

  17. Hi, Welcome. Known problem but please create support ticket https://my.kaspersky.com/ I have same problem. Temporary solution :Turn off Internet protection feature inside Kaspersky app use “Warn about malicious sites” of “Internet Settings - Privacy and security”.
