  3. It is only me who have premium subscribtion but in KISA i see limit 300MB... Again problem with VPN? Also KISA crashing when i select any other premium server. And select how to manager subscribtion or something like that... See screenshot. Also app locker not working. Today is bad day on my.kaspersky i see key blocked for KISA but for KPM not under same license. But downloading update definition normally. And also no problem with pc under same license. Weird. Contacted tech support chat. He checked the key and no problem. Also he wrote that if i have no issues with it simply ignore message that is key blocked on my.kaspersky Hmmm.
  4. @JPEKaspersky so you will do best if you directly contact Tech Support. And engineers will solve this problem. Also there are still some problems with new range of products. I still use old range because in my region is not available. And also new range versions needs more testing...
  5. Hello @Louis Boney Welcome. Sometimes websites redirecting to another websites (not pop ups) but redirecting on the background and you dont know about this only kaspersky will catch this and block. But you can check website on https://opentip.kaspersky.com And wait for analyzes.

  11. Hello, Because firewall is on automatic mode. You can check your reports. All events are there.
  12. @GhostFreak installing new version is not solution solution is fix the problem on your current version 21.3.10.391 I tried to solve the problem on the current version and not offer you a link to the latest version. Some people are reverting from the latest version to an older one because older is much better stability. But depends on user by user.
  13. Hello @MihailSol Custom reprots... You can filter in reports what should be saved (blue i is informative character, orange triangel is warning and red circle is danger). You can click on it and you will see that reports will be sorted.
